Welcome to Plan A

Fascinating tour of the history of Velez ... Elena was so knowledgable and engaging taking us first to the beautiful El Cerro church and its surrounding gardens and thence through the old part of Velez with its famous inhabitants, the beautifully restored old building and the traces of the original settlements at the time the Moors occupied this part of Spain. We ended with a delicious tapas at the restored El Convento ... altogether a delightful morning and most definitely not to be missed. Her website with all the different activities and tours she does would make the Axarquia come alive for all!

Participated in a city tour of Velez Malaga set up by Plan A. Our enthusiastic guide, Helena, showed us around the old town, telling interesting stories full of anekdotes of some of the highlights of Velez Malaga. The walkaround and stories were entertaining and made it clear that Velez Malaga is really worth visiting; a hidden gem in the region ! The professionalism,knowledge and enthusiasm of the tour guide contributed to a large extent to this excellent tour. Looking forward to book more Tours with Plan A, to include the wine tasting tour !

We have bought a villa near Viñuela and are slowly exploring the local area. Found Plan A via the net and thought we’d try them out. First trip was a guided tour of Velez-Malaga (who knew that it was pronounced Belez?!) by Elena. This was highly informative and we got to places we would never have found. Finished with a very welcome beer and two tapas at El Convento - excellent! Next day was a 20km cycling tour round Lake Viñuela, guided by Dani. Such beautiful scenery and he matched his broken English with our broken Spanish and it all worked out very well. Thoroughly enjoyable. We will use them again on our next visit without doubt
